§ 1. Provider and contact
The website is operated by Ewelina Wojciechowska, a sole trader trading as WEBee Solutions Ewelina Wojciechowska, Polish tax identification number (NIP) 7972006548, business address: Pobiedna 94a, 26-420 Nowe Miasto nad Pilicą, Poland. Correspondence address: ul. Obornicka 32, 64-514 Lulinek, Poland. General contact email: it@webeesolutions.pl. The name “WEBee” is used below. The website is available at https://www.webeesolutions.pl. These Terms are made available free of charge in a form that enables users to read, save and print them before using the service.
§ 2. Type and scope of services
WEBee provides free website information concerning, in particular, technology audits, IT consulting, verification and comparison of market solutions, integrations, automation, AI solutions, and software or application development. The website may be available in Polish and English and may allow users to select a light or dark appearance. The website does not provide customer accounts, online ordering or online payments. You may contact WEBee using the email address provided. Service descriptions on the website are general information and an invitation to contact us. Merely viewing the website or sending an enquiry does not create a payment obligation or conclude a contract for a paid audit, implementation or other service. Paid cooperation, including its scope, deliverables, price and timing, requires a separate agreement.
§ 3. Technical requirements and specific risks
Using the website requires a device with Internet access and an up-to-date browser supporting standard web technologies. JavaScript may be required for selected interface features, particularly the appearance switch. An active email address is required for email correspondence. Internet access or data transmission charges arise under the user’s agreement with their provider and are not charged by WEBee. Use of internet services may involve risks including phishing, malware, attempts at unauthorised access, exploitation of browser or device vulnerabilities, and compromise of an email account. Users should keep software up to date, use appropriate device protection and exercise care with suspicious messages and links. In an ordinary initial enquiry, WEBee does not request passwords, access codes, copies of identity documents or customer databases. Storage of or access to information on the user’s device is described in the Cookie Policy.
§ 4. Starting and ending use
The agreement for the free electronic service consisting in making website content available is concluded when the user starts using the website. Use may be ended at any time by leaving or closing the website, without charge or notice. The website does not create a user account, so ending use does not require account deletion. Using the website does not constitute consent to marketing or optional tracking technologies.
§ 5. Acceptable use
Users must use the website lawfully, in accordance with these Terms and accepted standards of conduct. In particular, users must not disrupt the website, attempt unauthorised access or circumvent security, introduce malicious code, or send unlawful content through the contact channels.
§ 6. Content rights and nature of information
Rights to website content, the WEBee name and visual identity, graphics and other materials belong to WEBee or the relevant rightsholders. They may be used only as permitted by applicable law, including applicable copyright exceptions, or under permission or a licence. Website information is general and does not replace an individual assessment of a particular organisation. Selecting a system, integration, automation, AI solution or contractor requires an assessment of the client’s actual needs, processes, risks, constraints and budget. Website content does not guarantee any particular business or technical outcome.
§ 7. Availability and operation
WEBee takes reasonable care to keep the website operating properly and reasonably current. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, updates, faults, security incidents or infrastructure providers. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or statutory rights of consumers and other persons entitled to specific legal protection.
§ 8. Contact, reports and complaints
Website questions may be sent to it@webeesolutions.pl. Problems concerning operation or accessibility and complaints about the free electronic service may be sent to pomoc@webeesolutions.pl or in writing to ul. Obornicka 32, 64-514 Lulinek, Poland. To help us investigate, users are encouraged to describe the issue, identify the relevant page and approximate time, and state how WEBee may reply. A lack of technical detail does not automatically prevent a complaint from being considered. WEBee considers website complaints and responds within 14 calendar days after receipt. If mandatory law provides a different deadline or procedure for the particular matter, that statutory deadline or procedure applies. WEBee may request additional information where it is necessary to consider the matter. Complaints concerning paid audits, implementations or other services performed under a separate agreement are handled under that agreement and applicable law. Personal data requests are handled under the Privacy Policy.
§ 9. Privacy, language versions and changes
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy, while storage and access on the user’s device are described in the Cookie Policy. Both documents are linked from the website footer. These Terms may be updated, in particular, when website features, service delivery, WEBee details or applicable law change. Each version states its effective date. Changes apply to future website use and do not amend separate agreements already concluded or restrict rights already acquired.
