REMOTE SERVICES FOR BUSINESSES IN POLAND

Business technology audit

A remote review of business processes, tools and systems, ending with priorities, recommendations, estimated costs and a practical improvement plan.

01 / WHEN IT HELPS

Do any of these challenges sound familiar?

  • The same data is entered into several applications.
  • Teams own systems but still complete too much work manually.
  • The business is considering a new CRM, ERP, WMS, TMS or another system.
  • It is unclear which improvements will deliver the most value within budget.

02 / SCOPE

What we can review

  1. A conversation about goals, constraints and ways of working.

  2. A map of the reviewed processes, tools and information flows.

  3. Assessment of problems, dependencies, costs and organisational risks.

  4. Review of how existing systems could be used more effectively.

  5. Comparison of process changes, integrations, automation and new solutions.

03 / OUTCOME

What your business receives

  • A report with findings and supporting reasons.
  • A structured list of problems and business requirements.
  • Priorities ranked by impact, urgency and complexity.
  • A recommended action plan with estimated costs and sequence.
  • A sound basis for discussions with vendors and delivery partners.

04 / HOW WE MAKE DECISIONS

A strong audit leads to a decision, not a tool list

The review should separate symptoms from root causes and show what can be improved through process changes, existing tools and justified investment.

Starting point

A specific business problem, process, users, data and measurable outcome.

Real work

Actual exceptions, workarounds and dependencies, not only the written procedure.

Options

Comparison of process changes, existing tools, integration, automation and new systems.

Decision

Priorities, cost, risk, sequence and criteria for measuring the result.

04 / FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is the audit delivered remotely?

Yes. Meetings, document reviews and the presentation of recommendations are all delivered remotely.

Does an audit require us to implement anything?

No. It can be a standalone service. You decide on implementation after reviewing the recommendations.

Does the audit cover cybersecurity?

We review security where it affects processes, data, permissions and solution selection. Penetration testing or certification requires a separate scope and specialist expertise.
